Try putting all the m1g*.txt files into your main scripts folder. I have a gkeys.txt doc that alias them to a diff folder that USED to work, but now it just reads to the /script folder.

When I use g15r2binder I exec my binds.txt which aliases all the g keys. A surefire way to know it works is to alias a key and use a JA/ws/spell etc through spellcast like this

alias m1g5 Berserk;

You can also alias to other aliases

alias SCSet sc set %Status
Alias m3g6 SCSet;

I haven't tried (not logged in right now) but you should be able to echo to the console too.

What is a good Jailer of Love strat now days? PLD/RDM for tank? and 2 BLMs will be good enough to deal with adds plus w/e else for dmg? Any info appreciated thanks!

When we did AV I tanked it on BLU with Fantod spam. There's nothing remotely threatening about it aside from Fluorescence + WS, and it's easy enough to dispel him. Adds are trivial, melee take them down fine. BLU works better than PLD or such since Fantod has such a low recast, but honestly if you're just trying to kill JoL go ahead and zerg it. Probably works even if you're killing AV but I don't know how bad the regen is at full potency.

Hell, could probably tank with RNGs if you really care about being out of range of melee attacks.

I'm trying to get it to echo first so i can confirm i'm doing it right, but so far

alias m1g1 input echo test test test

does nothing. neither does

alias m1g1 exec test.txt

alias test exec test.txt
alias m1g1 test

I tried creating a test.txt in my scripts folder, and an m1g1.txt in my scripts folder and neither one exec by pressing the key with either .dll loaded

Offshoot offshoot question: Would a TPbonus Magian Katana be worth offhanding over a Kamome outside of Abyssea (i.e. non-100% Crit Rate) for a Kannagi NIN? (JP testing linked in another BG thread indicated a base Crit Rate increase on Hi from 15%-20%-25% for 100-200-300 TP Blade: Hi)?

Am I being stupid and missing a 3rd option here?

Uzura's delay is kind of shitty, you'd be sacrificing frequency of aftermath procs and WS plus 8 acc/attack and 10% critdmg on both TP and WS for 5% critrate on WS and higher offhand base damage. I'm not seeing it. Oirandori is a potentially competitive alternative to Kamome as mentioned, especially in a group when fighting mobs with a decent amount of HP. I don't think anything else is worth pursuing as a DD offhand at the moment.

Relatively new to 90BLU here, only a few ToA spells short of having the entire spell list learned. Does anyone have a recommendations as to what I should have equipped at 90 for group play? Main problem I'm having is figuring out a system where I can take three not-too-important spells out and slot in 3 trigger spells instead for when a group goes after an NM.

Never feels like there's enough blu points to slot in something extra.

Also Apelila, I think the plugins don't work with your g110. :/ Best to bug some windower guys for forward support on those plugins.

So has there been much testing on rudra's storm. I've tried doing searches on here but yeah . Specifically is ffxiclopedias ftps correct for 100 and 300% and what is 200%.

And um saw above that trial tp bonus work offhand does that mean the +ws dmg ones do too? If so wouldn't that potential be a better offhand than kamome?

And would martial weapons mainhand stack with offhand tp bonus weapon?

Oh and since they are so weird would trial tp bonus/ws dmg melee weapons melee weapon effect ranged ws or vice versa?
