Baying moon is probably the easiest MAB atma to get, Beyond takes a little more effort, though both will suit your purpose (not necessarily together). Depends what else you have access to.

Menu>Config>Font colors (For self / For others)

You can't specify it for a particular status, it will cover all effects in the grouping as far as the official viewer is concerned.

General atma setup for SMN? Right now I'm rollin' with Ducal Guard, MM and RR, but I'm not so sure that's best. Also, is it possibly for SMN to solo Turul, and if so what would the strategy/atma setup be for that?

Except none of the options appear to affect the font colour for effects wearing off.

There's some program that can do it. I just make everything else a distinct color and then shot wearing ends up being the only white text.

Open Windower\Scripts\init.txt, and look under "Set Game Variables". Remove the "game_gamma 55" line and you should be fine.

Not so much. Bear in mind when it was released there was already Maat's cap (physical and multi stat spells) and Nashira turban available (MAcc and Haste) beforehand and AF2 shortly after.

It's still decent for MAB but there isn't much use for it outside of the set bonus activation. (So only as a stopgap 'til something better is acquired). At least it's cheap nowadays for the town-gear inclined.

How good is the NQ empyrean dagger vs the real one? Better idea to just keep the dagger down below empyrean level and save it for later on when I have the time and effort to make empyrean, or is the NQ a good enough dagger to be worth the work?

I just dont think I have the resources to do both harp and dagger, you know? Basically, if I make the NQ dagger is it a giant waste of effort or still a pretty kick ass dagger?

What do you mean by NQ, Twashtar at 80? If so then it's worth doing with the intention of upgrading at a later date, time permitting. Actually using it in that state, only if you absolutely have nothing better. Trouble is the amount of work you put into getting an 80Twash is more than it takes to get a superior magian, don't let the low delay fool you.

If you meant the WoE version, stay away.

In either case, stick with a Kila+2 or go with a free dropping dagger (Twilight or Phurba) for your mainhand.

Well Im right at the split between WoE dagger and Empyrean is what I mean, is the WoE path complete shit and better to just keep the uncompleted dagger until I have time to finish it, or at this point is finishing down WoE path not a terrible idea?

Edit: And I use harpe for physical wsing and TP bonus dagger for AE

BLM I seem to recall being Ultimate, Beyond and Mini, right? What of BST and PLD?
