Returning player looking into mainly low manning Abyssea with a bunch of friends.
Planning on buying an evasion set for NIN off the AH on top of some rare/ex stuff I currently have from 2 years back. I just want something to tide me over till I get some of the Abyssea drops, so I don't want to spend too much gil on it.

I'm currently looking at something like:

Optical Hat
Evasion Torque
Elusive Earring x2 (or is Evasion/Elusive better?)
Aurore Doublet (or Scorpion Harness?)
Seiryu's Kote (or Rasetsu Tekko?)
I'm unsure on my ring options
Boxer's Mantle
Looking at Sveltesse Gouriz which is almost never on the AH, and Scouter's Belt which costs a bit too much than I'd like to spend on a single piece.

For a new early camp, try Gusgen mines @ 19. The page there gives 700+ xp and goes up with levels to a max of 1600, you can make the spot last indeffinetly with level sync's. I just spent half a week finishing my last <30's there, I went from 20-34 on RNG in like 3 hours. (Disclaimer: That was with 2 emporer band charges and a Nov. Ring Charge)

I don't wanna accidentally burn through all my universal tools. I could just Mog Sack the universal tools if I was too sketched out, but just curious otherwise.

Universal tools are always used last.
