60 Minutes. Afaik all the Emp trials prior to VNM are based on 60 minute minimum repop NM's.

Not correct, I believe all the NM respawns are 60 mins up until the last one per weapon path before VNM which switches to a 90 min respawn.

Not just the last. GKT has okyupete at 90, but prior to that is ankabut which is also 90.

Ok I did this test and results are pretty funny...

60 counters per feeton/feetoff/nofeet from allakhazam is to low because it seems like around 200 is to low unless they changed something:

AF2 on: 330 counters 63.1%
AF2 off after JA: 268 counter 64,89%
NO af2 at all: 184 counters ~62%

Last sample size is smallest because Tunga finally aggro and raped me. It is far from expected 10% lower tho >.>

Definately not all, because Keeper of Halidom is not 90 minimum from doing it today, respawned 2 cycles after 56 mins (so right after the hour repop)

Speaking of I don't really know where to post this random thing I found, but the repop timer only needs to be up when the placeholder is due to spawn, not when you kill the placeholder. Been trying to kill PH ~3-4 mins before repop timer is up to get nm to spawn in place of the PH killed slightly before timer was up, and finally managed to get Intulo to do it the other night. Basically just means you can kill the PH a couple mins before spawn for a sliiiiightly faster/extra chance at your first lotto nm.
