Theory was that if you're bio'd from a previous tusk or aren't the main target of tusk then you'll be hit with insta-death. Not sure if this was ever dis-proven, can always just stun it or run to the left/right to dodge.

I wasn't bioed, because they all killed me. I was also the target of them all, even when weakened.

Every single one killed you? Just odd to me, after doing several Sobek for +2 items then many many more for a friends kannagi, I only ever saw death proc ONCE, and it wasn't on me.

Well, I got hit three times, first two were instant death. Third one did 1Kish damage, but I was weakened and died anyways. I was full HP for the first two.

What is the best place to do trial 823 (200 slimes, 150+ thunder killshot)? Everything mentioned on the wiki looks fucking terrible.

Solo, everything going to suck. If you can find a party, the F-4 Horo Ruins tower in WSaruta has an area with ~10-15 DC slimes on 5min repop.

I saw some people having problems with black screens when zoning back during version update time (just loading forever). I just now started getting that like every time I zone today and can't figure it out. Was a solution to that ever found? I read in one of the threads it might be a router thing but it's still happening going straight off the modem :/

Is /dnc ever more useful than /nin for RDM meleeing? Should I even waste time leveling it or will /nin always outperform it in every situation imaginable? Also, what is the best possible TP/WS gear for RDM melee @ 90?

Yeah, I don't think it's purely a router thing, since it doesn't make sense for things to have been working just fine for me prior to the update, then suddenly people were having issues in various zones after. On some level, you need to just wait it out, if you haven't already. Plan B would be to ask a friend or log on from a totally different connection if that's an option. Comcast your ISP, by chance?

They get abyssite upgrade if they touch the chest (aka you can't run out of range to avoid using a stone - I haven't confirmed this myself but seems to have happened to one of our bot chars), but don't get atmacite/peri KI's without using a stone.

I've noticed that it defaults to everything off for some reason, but it works fine when I tell it to work.

Works for me too. The maintainer of it is running a poll to determine which options should be set on by default over on the windower forums (if the poll is still open).
