Yes, only coin I got from Cara was from a freak flash yellow proc.

Is one +2 of the items 100% off the NMs?
No. I did 26 carabooses: 24 double gems, 2 single gems. Got 20 cards, and 1 coin. Grellowed one time, and that one dropped the coin (and a card). Sedna, do you have logs? No offense, but I just can't believe you. The odds of me going 20 and 1 on cards/coins and you going 3/10 are absurd, nevermind the other people also seeing nothing but cards.
I'm actually spamming ovni right now for cards+stones. I've gone 4/5 stones and 2/5 on card. All except for one with grellow, and the one that grellowed got double grellowed (was kurayami, I forgot about that when I reblinded <_<;;.
Edit: There was far too much butt hurt in my post previously.
I don't have logs. I have witnesses, but don't feel it's something that needs to be proven. To think that one persons experience (or in this case, 4? others) means there can be no variation is an interesting approach to take. But it's all good. Take my experience as you will. I'll leave it at that.
I have soloed Ovni as DNC/WAR, so no yellow proc, and still got both a card and a coin. Yellow isn't required, just makes a shitty drop rate into a bearable one.
do they still have phone support for ffxi? lol
looks like an lsmate got hacked and he put in a gm call, but no response yet (I can imagine that'll take forever) so wanted to call customer service, but for the life of us can't find out where the number is.
Been NPCing 100+ stacks of chocobo blinkers often recently and also recently read that if you npc often or large sums of items you are auto banned??? Is this info correct? If so at what quantity or frequency would someone have to NPC items to be noticed? Thank you.
Sounds like paranoia, unless it's an obvious glitch, like NPCing something for more than it costs to buy it from an NPC. I doubt there are any reports of "I got banned for NPCing chocobo blinkers."
I know someone was working on it, but how does claiming work, is there a clear cut answer? Just got into a claim fight with the aforementioned thf. I provoked w/ yonin up as well as kurayami/hojo+warcry and he outclaimed me with voke and a couple hits.
Well, in this case obviously it aggro'd to me, and he claimed. If you get aggro, then the other person needs to perform two actions to get claim. One to get hate, and another to claim. But I was just wondering what else happens with varying things.
Edit: Nice, get outclaimed again (lagged at a terrible time) and they nearly wipe so instead of letting me help them they brew. Y E A H.
Anyone WoE'd recently on Odin? I'd really like to pick up a variety of coins for my mule to make a few WoE weapons but will only have myself on a healing job and mule on nin so I can't beat any zones "solo." I was wondering if the people in zone team up for wins or what?
