Allied Union, How to participate! :O

I was reading through some BG Wiki pages and stumbled unto the page about Allied Union, but unfortunately there is no information as to how or where to participate. Can anyone guide me in the right direction here.

Step 1: Get Allied Tags
Step 2: Register for Union
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Why are you doing campaign

The same NPC you get Allied Tags from will let you sign up for Union. Also, RQT, I mean JOB SPECIFIC UNION THREAD
