Optimally, you want the mastery cloak and belt, but I got the haste ones before frost became the best spec. My night elf DK has an extra spell pen gem because he has swordguard embroidery on his cloak and a proc trinket because he has synapse springs on his gloves.

Seriously though, if the current patch notes go live death knights will be the worst class in the game. So don't bother trying to improve your DK for PVP right now, just start leveling another class. However, if you are currently geared, I would suggest having as much fun as you can while you still can, because this I've had the most fun in the entire three years I've been playing WoW rocking shit with my DKs.
