I'm more gentle than I look.
Mr. Feathers AKA Mr. Striations
All hail Lord Yamcha
Wii hacks (smash bros)
Ok, so I've done this before, but apparently, I'm doing it wrong this time around.
Since I've done this before, I already have gecko OS and homebrew installed on my Wii.
The only diff is I'm using a diff SD card.
I'm having trouble getting my brawl hacks hacks to work (char skins, custom songs, and saving replays longer than 3 mins).
Ok, so to speed things up/give a visual, this is what my SD card looks like.
Each folder/section has its own rectangle and the name typed in it is the previous folder it came from.
So, set up like this, currently, the codes are not working.

Anyone have any clues where I went wrong?
Or even if I were just going to delete it all and start from scratch what I'd do to get it set up properly?
Edit: can nuke thread. Turns out the SD card I was using, for w/e reason, was not compatible. Copy/pasted it to another SD card and it works on that one.

The SD card issue was likely due to using an SDHC card (any card larger than 4 GB), for anyone else wanting the information. Smash Bros Brawl came out before the Wii was updated for SDHC support. Thus the game doesn't have SDHC support. That means you can't use a card larger than 2 GB for the exploit. However, this exploit can't be fixed wityhout releasing a new disc, since the system has no protection of SD cards, and Brawl was allowed to access the SD cards directly.
