It really, really, really depends who you're talking to.

it's pretty damn good, and for like...98% of the game there's not really any correlation to Trigger that you need to have played it for backstory, but the 2% that's there is pretty fucking cool and CT doesn't take all that long to plow through.

Two of my best buddies down here have played it and told me to give it a shot since they thought it was very entertaining. I have also been interested in playing some of Kojima's older games so I might as well do Snatcher before Policenauts (which I am also interested in playing.)

As of right now, Shadow of the Colossus and Tales of Eternia are the games I am most excited about playing from that list.

Chrono Cross is pretty cool. Big similarities to Radical Dreamers in terms of plot/feel.
