My interpretation was that, Victor was in charge of keeping Gail safe. It was Victor who was in the lab watching Walter when Gail replaced Jesse. And he followed Gail home or something, which is why Jesse had to get Gail's address.

Regarding the Lab Notes folder. I bet the DEA or whoever is going to figure out that a full-scale meth lab is working in the area. I imagine there's enough info in the folder to detail what they're cooking, maybe even their specific brand of meth. With the quantities involved, they know it's not working out of a RV anymore.

sure it wasn't during/before season 3? I remember her looking more like an "annoying bitch" suddenly from last season. I just blamed it on me not liking her character at all after she started hated Walt. And I think i remember her looking just like she did this episode in the previous season

It's like a special sneak peak to the next season of Mad Men when they just show Don having a drink behind his desk.

Victor was clearly going to die, but it was out of character for Gus to do it himself. He can make his point to Walt much more subtly than that, and sure enough all he did was reinforce Walt's resolve to kill him before he wound up dead. His cleaner is standing right there, and he put himself in harm's way when it's been established that he prefers to work behind the scenes and let others get their hands dirty.

Having some guy shoot another guy doesn't make anywhere near as much an impact as killing a guy yourself with a fucking box cutter and holding the guy still while blood squiirts out at you.

and did the preview show Walt talking to mike? the 1st voice over sounded like he was talking to Gus, and the person he was talking to in the bar looked like Gus as well. I didn't see him talking to Mike. coulda missed it though.

Knew the mexican was going to die, but didn't expect Gus to do it with so little words. Wonder who is going to be the DEA looking into the book. More family members will get involved is what i predict.
