Spoiler: show
I just started watching this, and in the 2nd episode where he dissolves the guy in his tub and all that mess of blood and body parts just comes crashing down, wow, absolutely glorious. Totally hooked on this show already.
Already jizzin my pants from the promos running up to the show.
Love the speech in the gym.
This is going to be an intense season. I love the way that Walt is just spiraling out of control.
I just watched the premier. I figured the previews would catch me up (s1-2) but I'm still lost. Gonna catch seasons 1 and 2 before i watch next weeks, show does seem killer tho.
Definitely need to watch season 1 and 2 in order, if anything just to see how Walt has changed.
^ thx man.
The 737
Spoiler: show
I would guess that they're either hired hitmen or related to someone who's death Walt/Jesse are responsible for. They probably needed to look like laborers to cross the border.
And as for the 737, Walt burning the money and the whole point of Walt's speech in the gym was to show how guilty he does feel about it all, if he didn't feel guilty he wouldn't be trying to belittle the significance of the crash.
Who the beaners are:
Spoiler: show
So far this season seems like it has a lot to do with guilt and consequences.
Spoiler: show
Preview showed the cousins find him next episode. Also Gilligan said last season that this season was about showing just what you said. That with no more financial necessity to cook/family gone, would Walt still do it? They want us to see how far his corruption goes.
I got something completely different out of it. I figured Walt was burning his money because it cost him his family, and he just struck me as totally apathetic about the plane crash. His speech in the gym was kinda like "oh god get over it you pussies. I've scrubbed liquefied body parts off of a floor and YOU'RE traumatized? Much worse stuff than this has happened"
same here
I saw both as reasons for why he burned the money(I mean the parallels with him sitting alone out there moping the loss of his family by the pool when the plane crash happened were pretty clear to me). As for him being apathetic to the crash.. he knows HE is the one who caused it by not helping Jane, hence why he told Jesse to get over his guilt + its really the worst thing hes done that wasn't in self defense. I agree he was apathetic to their trauma but he certainly feels quite guilty.
