I was wondering about that, too. Particularly since, if water is heavier than methalamine (which it apparently is if 900.24 gallons water = 1000 gallons methalamine), it sinks and the drain for the methalamine was coming out the bottom of the tank. Considering how important it is for their production to have everything be completely pure, that seems odd to me. Of course, maybe it's something that Walt can siphon out in the lab, I dunno.

Hey, don't look a 'free' 1000 gallons of slightly dirty slightly diluted methalamine in the mouth! Assuming slight loss, and 55 gallon barrels needed per batch, they have enough now to do 18 batches. That's means at least like 30 more episodes of the show, right? :_:

Fuck, the train scene was so intense. Was wondering how the opening scene would apply to the episode, and as soon as they panned the camera. It all made sense. Friends asked me, what's so good about this show, it's just about making meth. I just shake my head and walk away.

Err I might be off about what I said earlier. Regardless, that little bit of dilution only does one thing: Lessens the amount of methylamine that they have. It doesn't change the chemical make up, or make it impure (assuming they used distilled water), just makes a larger amount of it contain less of the active ingredient, per say.

to be fair the first 3 or 4 episodes can be brutal. cool shit happens in the first and maybe third but its a dark show and the series starts out very slow. i think it took me close to two years to finally watch it.

Heat is a movie where a heist goes awry because the robbers bring a new guy on board who they're not completely sure of.

As other people noted at the ending, what the hell. Maybe they kill Todd and dump them both someplace and make it clear Todd did it so nobody starts poking around.

On another note, when Walt was doing his thing when Hank was out of the room, all I saw was the MOUNDS OF EVIDENCE THAT IS HIS FINGERPRINTS when they inevitably find the devices.

Given the situation they are in where a kid has gone missing in the desert I feel it's not that much of a hiccup(kid goes out in the desert by himself miles from town and goes missing isn't too much of a stretch) if they think with a level head and dispose of the bike and body in the same fashion as the other dead bodies. The thing we all know is they are going to throw emotions into the mix and fuck everything up that way.

I was speechless when he shot the kid tho. Nice twist and as always this show delivers.

EDIT: Problem I see now that I think of it is the parents will want an all out search for the kid interrupting them from unloading the stuff in the ground(name escapes me) and/or they find it and somehow trace it back.

I fucking hate when people say that when I try to get them to watch it. "It's only about meth, what a stupid show." ect ect. I keep trying to explain but people are idiots.
