Yeah, I think it's my shitty video card or something. I've had this issue with a few f2p MMO's. On xp and I have a nvidia geforce 8400 gs. old computer is old <_>;

Just started playing today, really impressed with the game so far. Everything just....works. You click on the map, it auto-pathfinds there. You get a pet, it always grabs all your loot for you. All of the auction house searches seem to work as advertised. Leveling multiple classes is actually fun, rather than being a chore (being able to kill shit on and underleveled class thanks to stats from your character level is a huge help...I'm nearly 20 and so far had no problem keeping both mage and cleric leveled up). I don't know if it'll change at higher levels, but so far I've had no problems at all soloing even on healer/support classes. Dunno if I would get tired of the game down the line, but so far it's been really good. Can't believe I've never heard of it before.

Probably hadn't heard of it because closed beta only started a few days ago. So there's gonna be a wipe at some point when OB hits. Still not sure whether I want to gun for all classes to 40 or not or just stop after I get the top hat... either way I'm still having a ton of fun right now, Knight is fucking badass.

Assuming the end of CB hasn't been announced yet? Kind of want to try for at least level 40 top hat but wont be able to really grind until at least next wednesday.

Really like the game, definitely going to be a time sink of mine come release.

As much as I love the diverse class system, I think its great. But I keep running into people that just roll need on all the shit cause they can use it regardless if they have the class leveled/ever plan on using it, which might become frustrating.

I guess in the long run there is really nothing you can do about it whilst pugging so I guess it's just gonna be the flaw for having such an awesome class system, just had a guy take an awesome blue quality bow off of me whilst playing hunter in the group and him cleric, when I asked him to change to his hunter so I could see the bow it was level 1, kinda made me mayad but of course it is just beta so there is really no point on top of the fact it wouldn't change anything anyway.

Rant over, I just needed to get it out lol

Yeah, I agree, I think towards the end it wll be super grindy, quests during the 25-30 stage is when I noticed quests started to get really demanding like having to kill 41 of the same mob or something, luckely combat is super fast and most classes at that stage can take out a mob in 1-2 abilities.

I just dinged 30 and during that got Hunter to 20 and Thief to 25 and it was a lot of fun, I am gonna put it down for now though just to leave some freshness for when I work on my proper character and not something that'll be deleted lol I am so mind fucked about what class to play though there is so much to choose from I love it, Hunter > Engineer > Bard and hopefully Ranger one day I think.

This game is so unforgiving tank-wise especially the 5man dungeons (I actually just left one because the tank was fucking atrocious) You can tell the people that just upgraded the abilities and didn't actually read them or don't know how to tank in general. As for healing that just seems run of the mill "fill empty bars up" but thats what we all love best.

I've never been this excited for a F2P, I know the release isn't even on the horizon but the betas are next to flawless so I hope it's not too far away

Yeah. Once it gets to OB, and assuming people are still around and not bored of the game (tends to happen with free games during a CB > OB) we'll probably make a guild. That way, you can group with guildies to do dungeons and shit. You can ask Bart or Kia.. I basically pass like.. everything if I don't plan on using it right away. I've mained Engineer so far, with Hunter also up there.. and fucked with Bard some too, but if it's not like.. a good wep for any of those classes, I generally don't roll at all, lol. I did get a dagger this morning, though and leveled Thief to 19.

I was able to do most 3 men dungeons pretty well with a Knight/Cleric combo, but 5-men are ridiculous.
