The first time I saw a circumsized penis I wondered what the hell was wrong with it. Funniest and oddest looking thing I'd ever seen. I've only seen a few circumsized penises since, including my husband's who is American. They're not common around here.

I'm a woman and I prefer uncircumsized. Much easier for giving blow/hand jobs. You've constantly got to worry about pulling it too hard or lubrication with the circumsized sort.

I've never experienced a smell problem with any of the ones I've encountered. They've always been clean and lovely.

I think that it's probably what you first experience and what you're used to that is the deciding factor. I don't particularly have a preference for cut, I just don't find uncut disgusting like some have mentioned.

Also, this is on par with Vaginoplasty. NOT "vaginal circumcision." Most people don't care for the useless skin hanging around their junk. It looks ugly and creates more crevasses to require frequent cleaning. It's definitely not a big deal to remove it. Waiting until after sexual maturity to allow choice just makes it unlikely to ever happen at all because of the pain/experience that you wouldn't have a less-than-a-week-old infant.
