Suzume is a good movie. Good sound track and it was funny. Saw a few previews for it and I enjoyed it.

Jujutsu Kaisen chief animation director Eri Osada will direct Suicide Squad Isekai, while Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara (Re:Zero) will handle the writing.

How would that work. The squad gets ported to a world and they go defeat the Demon Lord?

Just finished Chainsaw Man and started up the new Trigun. Also got Vinland saga downloaded but what are some good animes that have dropped in the past....fuck 10yrs? Been awhile since I was binging anime. Love the old classics like Bebop,GiTS,Vampire Hunter D and tons of others from back in 90s/early2000s.

I've heard Attack on Titan obviously and Demonslayer is pretty fun (Just need to finish season1).

Genre wise i'm open to basically anything, though DBZ style animes always have a special place in my heart

If you’ve only seen S1 Demon Slayer than that’s easily the very first thing you should binge.

Attack on Titan falls apart pretty bad after a certain incident. The intrigue and reveal of the basement was the peak of the franchise halfway through. Then it’s just nothing but horrible horrible writing after the time skip.

Knowing what I know now I would personally ignore it.

at the very least make sure it is actually over and done for real before watching it. I caught up over 2 years ago now for the 'final season' which was essentially two seasons ago...

I could have bought an 11 pull and have 1000 gems left over, but all I got was this silly title.

The recently posted teaser is titled Attack On Titan Final Season Part 3 (Part 2)

So I'm assuming there will be a part 3 part 3

i generally dislike anime so ymmv but Vinland Saga has produced two of the better animated seasons ever done imo, think IGnotN just gave the second season a 10/10. special show

Good to know, while I was enjoying it, it did feel like S1 was pretty slow and a little "meh" in parts.

Yeah, it's slow at the beginning with all the training etc, but later seasons are a lot better - it's usually maybe 2-3 episodes to get the arc going and then almost non stop action

It definitely is a little "villain of the week"ish to start. Episode 17 blew it's popularity into the stratosphere, made the manga a huge global phenom at the time, but because it wasn't crazy popular before that, the mangaka was already steering the series to the end. Which ultimately probably served the series better then having it drag out too long from being crazy popular

Err, sorry I was off, it's episode 19! And it's the one where Tanjiro is facing the spider string doode and is about to die and uses the Hinokami form for the first time and there's that amazing memory montage and the music and visuals and it ends with the super emotional ED song

Legit took the series from fringe popularity to an over the weekend global hit

Despite all of the positive things I heard about Oshi no Ko, I ignored it because I am not into the whole idol thing, even though I knew it wasn't specifically about idols and more about the industry and related etc, I put it in my backlog to eventually check out if I got around to it. Figured to give it a try sooner rather than later, and kjshldkfjh fucking holy shit balls, it has been a very rare occasion that I enjoy every single second of an anime. I haven't been as emotional watching a series in quite a long while. EP1 alone is a masterpiece, and everything after that is just amazing. S2 cannot come soon enough.
