Dammit. Work can't end soon enough. Sounds like the episode was awesome.

Certified banger.
It was truly a Jujutsu Kaisen.
So good. One of the few episodes of any show that I immediately watched a second time.
Sounds like a lot of people in Japan didn't like it lol. I guess cause it wasn't 1:1 with the manga.
A big one was that the flash of "that man" was too quick, which I guess I kind of agree with, but I still loved it either way.
Some of the complaints I saw on reddit were
Spoiler: show
Gonna hate farm, I guess...
Spoiler: show
I dunno, maybe it's just endemic to chasing suga moments.
Been watching Sakamoto days.
I hear it falls off later, but enjoying it so far.

(per reddit bc I only recognize Yoko Taro personally)
Kazuya Tsurumaki, director of the Rebuild films and Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX, helms the project alongside Toko Yatabe, who was an assistant director on Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time. NieR creator Yoko Taro is penning the script and series composition, and NieR composer Keiichi Okabe is providing the music.
Oh shit
Yoko Taro? Is it possible for Eva to get even weirder?? lol
Yeah, this will be something else
Get into the reboot, Shinji
I love Evangelion but how many more times do we have to rehash it?
Until we see what the 37th Impact looks like.
I only watched the original with the Shinji + Asuka together after the apocalypse ending. I think that's what I remember, at least. Are the others since then anything worthwhile?

Watch the 4 movies.
I’d probably skip the third movie and just read the plot. Unless you want to subject yourself to one of the most insufferable two hours ever created in anime.
It's probably easier to deal with when you can watch all 4. Having to wait for the next one after that was brutal lol
I don't remember it being that bad, and it has one of my favorite evangelion songs:

Also, Yoko Taro is cool, but I'm just as excited for Keiichi Okabe. Both Nier OSTs are two of my favorites.
