I'd cream my pants at a Unicorn Version Bawoo. It's easily one of my favorite Neo Zeon designs from ZZ Gundam. They took the Zeta, added Zeon style to it, and BAM. Sexy.

Pretty much everything from ZZ, short of unique MS like the Geymalk and R-Jarja will surely appear in the remaining two episodes; wouldn't shock me in the slightest if the EFSF patrol fleet they're gonna encounter in Ep. 6 will be carrying Barzams or something. lol And then there's the Republic of Zeon and their stocks of surplus Hi-Zacks, old OYW MS, and whatever they managed to pick up from the preceeding Neo Zeon groups.

Hiraiface: the Movie?

Don't have any scans of the part-article/part-clarification/part-advertisement, but the Gunpla people at Bandai pretty much said they're not going to bother with 1/144s for post-U.C. 100 stuff. It's a rough translation; I asked the translator (no answer yet) if this pertains to new kits, or the old Victory 1/144s that would presumably re-enter production in the next two or three months to make the April anniversary of Victory.

I would probably take it to mean new kits but who knows; 1/100s of the miniaturized MS of the second century are almost entirely comperable with the 1/144s of pre-miniaturized MS afterall, so I see little need to even bother with HGUC 1/144s (unless they want to complete the line).

I sure could use some of the old Victory 1/144 Abigors though; they're almost perfect for a 1/100 Galguyu conversion and partial scratchbuild/kitbash.

So, two things.

First, looks like its just new 2nd century U.C. kits. The Victory 1/144s were quite small; the Jamesgun in 1/144 is just under 10.07 cm. for example.

Second, Ep.6 preview in January (probably not until after New Year's Day I would think, at a minimum).

So, MG Dark Hound arrived today; I don't know if I should feel bad for buying an AGE kit. I mean, its the Dark Hound (only good thing to come out of that mess) and it is quite nice; I think I should upscale an 1/144 AG LOLegilis head (fuck you Zehart) and just immortalize that extraordinary failure.

Anyway to stuff people care about:

We're going to hear about February's MG near the end of the month. It'll probably be UC/Unicorn-related at least, but whatever the "big" one is (Rozen-Zulu, by all accounts) will probably be for March. April will assuredly be based MG V2 and Core Fighter (no Buster or Assault armor parts) for the Victory 20th anniversary. On the subject of Victory, I would probably suggest getting your pre-orders in for the newly produced lots of Victory 1/100s and 1/144s (pretty sure they don't really have an accurate gauge of how much in-demand these are) as soon as they pop up on HLJ, AmiAmi, etc.

Preorders for the 3rd volume of The Origin should begin following the New Year; do keep in mind they're only printing these once, when they're gone, they're gone.

On the Unicorn front, English dubbing for Unicorn was finished weeks ago, so we can probably expect the preview to be ready soon enough to make it in time for the New Year. Still unknown what the big Ep.6 MS reveal is (I seriously doubt it would be a Sinanju with funnels /m/, given that whole NT-D thing).

That SEED dickwaving party is coming up on December 1st as noted previously; if the rumor mill has it right, its a Destiny HD Remaster to begin in afew weeks, with a (TV?) movie to follow later in 2014 (stop it Morosawa). The SEED HD Remaster ends tonight; genocide ending will never happen, these awful characters shall not be punished for assaulting us with their Hiraifaces.

I'm not sure why anyone would want a Destiny Remaster. SEED at least had a few redeeming points and I enjoyed a few things in the last ~10 episodes before they retconned a few things(like Mwu). Destiny is gonna need to be drastically changed to be redeemable in any fashion. But I guess all the Japanese care about is more HD shower scenes.
