Would that Future stuff work better for me if I still wanted the joints to be bendable? It seems like this kind of permanently seals them almost like a weaker model cement?

You coat parts individually, and then reassemble them. If it's too tight, can try moving them back and forth until the coating is worn a little (could take awhile to do this reptitive motion, and you don't want to use more force than necessary). In the case of a ball-socket joint, you'd coat the ball portion and then see if it's still loose; for other joints, you'd probably want to limit application to the areas that need tightening.
Worst case if you used simply too much, just remove with Windex (if you had to use more than two individual coats, something is really wrong).
Future is glossy too, so it has strong natural self-leveling properties (it also makes clear parts look amazing). Future is also a great gloss coat to seal stuff in with before panel lining, when you've moved on to fully painting kits. It can also be mixed with fucking food coloring to make wonderful clear color paint (try this on beam sabers, beam shields, and other stuff like camera sensors; it's fantastic).

So, official site updated with the Schuzrum-Galluss and Jagd Doga, Zeta Plus A1 and Gustav Karl. The Gustav Karl's profile is almost hinting at the Manhunter/Circe Squad of Hathaway's Flash. And based on their uniforms (the guy with the plastic bag of food suspended in his cockpit), this is indeed the Manhunter/Circe Squad.
Between this and the role they're giving to the Ra Calium and Bright in the OVA, it's pretty much big fucking flags errrywhere that Hathaway's Flash is coming in the next couple years. They're literally setting up Bright's falling out of favor with the Federation elite by stopping the firing of Gryps 2/the Colony Laser, and the indescribable horror at being the one to order his own son's execution (and being obfuscated as to the identity of the one to be executed until the deed is done).
In addition, that Jagd Doga is the one that was originally piloted by Quess; the bit about the Geara Doga's arm is a direct nod to the loss of the arm she sustained before doing her suitless barrel roll over to Char's cockpit thing. That Bawoo is apparently ofthe initial limited-production run/prototypes that had two cockpits. The Mega Bazooka Launcher that the Hyaku Shiki used to attack the Dogosse Giar in Zeta returns under the control of an ECOAS Jegan.
Also, as a reminder, Cheyenne is where Amuro was posted following the OYW. With the Ra Cailum underway to presumably attack and prevent the Gryps 2 firing at the Cheyenne Base, it's important to note that the Tri-Stars are not with their mothership. So the only suits we know it probably has onboard are 4 Jegan Ds and that second ReGZ (out of a MS compliment of 8). Speculate on that latter MS as you will. Also, apparently the base's EFF commanding officer at 1:50 appears in Hathaway's Flash.. [hype intensifies].
For whatever it's worth, the fact that they made the decision to have the Dakar assault at the beginning of Episode 4 be divergent from the novel's original scenario (Torrington was the original diversion, whereas it is the focus in the OVA) and the fact that with Loni decimating the city (and government facilities!) in that attack, by U.C. 0105 the Federation capital is relocated to Adelaide, Australlia... well, you can probably see where i'm going here. I guess we probably should give the staff more credit; they've been dropping these HF hints since at least Episode 4 and are even basically facilitating everything to plausibly fit the situation in U.C. 0105.

Minor update to the background of the G-Reco site.
Didn't the Mega Bazooka get destroyed in Zeta though? I don't remember ZZ that well so idk if they ever brought it back but I thought it got torched in the last battle. I mean it might just be a spare.
And if they have a Hathaway cameo in the next Unicorn episode Hathaway's Flash is all but confirmed for the future, there's really little reason to show him since he doesn't show up in the Unicorn novels I believe. Not like he's everyones favorite character in CCA.
Seems weird to have the Gustav cameo but then again the yellow Jadg Doga was Quess's old machine. HF would be nice since it's semi-canon anyways.
It is an entirely different launcher (but obviously of the same type and stuff).
I probably wouldn't count on Hathaway making a cameo (at least not visibly); the Xi and Penelope Gundams are very likely though if Banagher gets a glimpse of the near future (in a "now that the Box is opened and it's contents/the Federation charter made public, let's have a Newtype sense what spacenoids wish for in the wake of this development" deal). As it stands, with Bright being set up by the Unicorn staff to wind up being opposed to the socioeconomic elites in the Federation in stopping the Gryps 2 firing here (plus all the other stuff he's done to ruffle their feathers since Zeta, and especially in the Laplace Conflict).. they've pretty much laid the groundwork for his situation in U.C. 0105 and the ultimate "fuck you" from these people and their allies in the military-industrial complex by being the one to order his son's execution (albeit unknowingly until it's too late).
I'm still worried that the Nahel Argama is going to be nuked or otherwise destroyed by either Riddhe, the General Revil's MS (or the GR itself), or the Sleeves. They're really outgunned, and it'd be inconvienient for the Federation to have them survive things (although I guess faking their deaths on a ship-wide scale would be a first for U.C.).
The handful of Gustav Karls (apparently people are counting 3-4 total) aren't just a brief cameo potentially; they'll actually be fighting the Ra Cailum force if Bright can't prevent the firing of Gryps 2 without a battle. Given the extreme VIP-status of the Foundation and Federation PM Marcenas, and the nature of things and stakes involved, it's pretty likely that there's going to be at least some combat with a warship making reentry and moving at your base (with top-tier VIPs present) at combat speed. By the way, the Ra Cailum is making atmospheric reentry almost at the same point the White Base did all those years ago in 0079 (except it's going to be coming down considerably more to the northeast).
Hypothetically, as an amusing side thought, if we were to get HF (set in 0105), then would it be possible to fudge things a little and give us a prototype Heavygun (which first underwent full deployment in 0109)? It would cetainly fuel the speculation machine like fucking crazy, as the Karls and other HF-suggesting story/plot events are doing now.
I literally said "oh shit" to myself in the store.
Barnes here has gunpla here finally.
Bought the HG Sengoku Astray and MG Heavyarms Endless Walts ver
Heavyarms is $50 while Sengoku is $25.
They also had the MG Sengoku, Proto Wing, Deathscythe Hell EW ver, RG Destiny, Fenice, and Gundam assault king or something there too
I'm going to support this 100% especially here in bama.
Only downside (as is to be expected really) is that it'll only be newish releases though.. but for old stuff you've got the internet anyway.
That said, yeah, go balls deep on this. Maybe we'll avoid repeating the mistakes of our youth this time, when we failed Gundamu in the US.
The Heavyarms will be my first MG in a long time. I remember building the old 1.0 or something RX-78 I found at a Toys R Us back during the boom. Reading around and looking at the runners itself, it looks really simple for a beginner in MGs.
Yeah, the RX-78-2 1.0 is pretty bad by post-2000 standards even, but it did have some neat bonus parts and stuff. If you decide to paint, you might as well get ahold of the old 1/100 HG Heavyarms Kai. All you need to do is lift the dual double gatlings and you've got a MG Heavyarms Kai. lol It's almost uncanny, like this was a planned thing for how easy it is to make Kais out of the base MGs (excluding Altron, though it's a relatively simple conversion anyway).
Since we're on the subject of Wing..
The head writer of Wing stated in a blurb in the ongoing GotL manga, positing that the reason why the Endless Waltz-era Gundams are so lightly equipped/armed compared to their TV/Eve Wars forms is because of their planned and imminent decomissioning (into the Sun). Had they been afforded time they'd have had their full equipment (Altron's forked beam gun tail, etc.). This is retroactive of course.
Shit I almost want to get the rest of the Wing MGs. But which do I get for the Zero EW? I think they're are 2 versions of the Katoki released as MGs. I don't want to go for the proto at this moment, like to avoid having hg and mg versions of a kit right now.
The old MG Wing Gundam (Ver. Ka.) was Katoki's take on the Wing Gundam; this is now the "canon" form. The MG Wing Gundam (Proto) Zero is still the very first Gundam in the A.C. timeline and the basis for the others. MG Wing Zero (let's just refer to it as "Custom" per Endless Waltz until this retconning/naming is settled)/the angel-winged Wing Zero is unfortunately an unknown as far precisely how it relates to the other two - either an upgrade or an entirely new MS. We'll probably find out as GotL continues.
Being that the black Wing Zero ("Custom") in Frozen Teardrop is the original Wing Zero ("Custom") apparently (quite literally the repaired stock original, excluding some nanomachine-proofing related internals and in the wings I guess), suggests that this is probably going to be resolved as this is the same continuity. It's still a ways off though, as GotL is just getting through Quatre's rampage and colony-killing fest. Tallgeese Heaven also appears to literally (based on one illustration) be a fucking WZC wings-MG Tallgeese II EW kitbash with nanomachines and a lance not unlike the GotL Tallgeese EW. Tallgeese I EW is also now equipped (as of a recent chapter) with this design of wings, an experimental thing from Peacemillion's workshop.
Spoiler: show
TL;DR: Wing Gundam (Ver. Ka.), (Proto) Wing Zero, and Wing Zero ("Custom") are all related in some manner now. Buy whichever you like I guess; neither of the three really share any equpment at all, and in the case of the WG and WZC, they're largely the same parts with few differences and stuff (check Dalong).
Be aware that the Wing Gundam and WZC are actually 2004 MGs; the Wing Gundam got a 2011 decals and coloring update to better mesh with the flurry of Gundam Wing EW MGs as well (and it's probably the better version to get as a result). You do also have the TV/Okawara version of the Wing Gundam of 2010 vintage as well if you're interested in that. Of course, you have the old HG 1/100s as well, if you would prefer to get a TV-styled Wing Zero at some point.
Oh okay after looking at Tatsu they state the difference

Also finished the Sengoku a few mins ago and those knees don't like it stand upright completely. Feels like he wants to be a lazy fuck and sit down and that V fin doesn't want to properly stay in the slot. The repackaged version of the MG Wing Gundam ver Ka to commemorate the release of the Gundams from Gundam Wing series into MG version. The difference between this and the older version is that the white parts will come in whiter color and may feature different decal. Nice addition to your collection if you haven't bought any Gundam Wing kit before.
Right, that's a (slight) recolor of the original 2004 release of the Wing Gundam Ver. Ka.; the decals are different from that release and now conform to the... let's call it "Gundam Wing EW" standard (font, size etc.).
It is otherwise the same as that original release, though arguably superior if you're OCD about things matching with the other Gundams
Speak for yourself bro, I made a KILLING when they were liquidating all the old Toys R Us MG kits back then on Amazon. Getting MG's for 5-10 bucks a pop?
Not saying I don't want Gunpla to succeed here, but if it falls again I won't be complaining. My bank account will hate me though.
You are an evil that doesn't belong in this world!
By the way, I edited this post since someone informed me there's a decent/good quality pic of Tallgeese I Flügel EW; the current form of Tallgeese I in the GotL manga. Tallgeese Heaven basically looks like this, except there's nanomachine fuckery involved. Presumably these wings being added to WZC means ye olde Wing Gundam will end up being a "Kai" basically as it gets modified into WZC... but who the fuck knows at this point; we only know the Wing Gundams are all related in some manner.
