Finally finished that Frame Arms. Went with the generic plain look for right now. That mother fucker was going to drive me crazy with this one piece on the foot.

You have to put the polycap, only included 2 just for the feet, in a very specific way and then force that shit in.

Regardless it makes me want more FAs. They do require work to make it look better but the snap builds + panel lines look alright enough.

How's the color separation? On the one I had, it definitely begged to be painted beyond just the four colors it was molded in.

Base color itself is just a typical grey. Just looks boring unless it's in the Assault Unit look w/ the cloak.

The cloak that comes with that Zenrai looks sorta shitty. lol If you wanted something better looking, you'd probably be better off cutting up a cotton t-shirt in that pattern and dousing it in La Doll's Cloth Clay (which makes it rather stuff, posable, and paintable, while keeping the cloth texture).

We've known the standard Norn was an exclusive for months. lol

They'll probably just release the yellower psychoframe version from Episode 7 later. I guess it could be considered yellow anyway, rather than the more... orangey one from Episode 5.

By the way, since it's been a month and it seems like everyone's seen Episode 7:

The decision to keep the General Revil (the centerpiece of the EFSF fleet) out of the action has obvious implications for Hathaway's Flash, if not F90 were they to go so far. If you've heard much of anything about the HF novelization, the only EFF vessel of real significance is a fucking Garuda-class (with the Ra Cailum at some point, and two Clop-class patrolling in Earth orbit). Expect the OVA to expand things considerably. A monster like the GR would probably also be the flagship of the taskforce that heads to Mars, since HF largely takes place on Earth in the novels outside of a fairly brief portion, and i'm skeptical such a massive warship would work well under Earth gravity even with a Minovsky Craft float system fitted.

Anyway, that regret was, along with the staff's wishing to have had more time for MS cameos, mentioned in a post-theatrical release of Ep. 7. Although they avoided stating outright that "yeah, Unicorn was so ridiculously successful and popular that you're nuts if we're not thinking of doing HF."

Really would like to see 2.0s of the Wing Zero and Zeta PGs. Would love to see more simplified LEDs like what was in the 00 Raiser MG. I was really close to fucking the whole thing up on my PG Zeta when it came to cutting the wires and getting the right length.

I'd be surprised if they continue the PG line, much less reengineer existing PGs. There's just so many factors against it.

For the cost and engineering effort of something at that size, they might as well just give us a MG Psyco Gundam or whatever. lol It'd probably sell as well as a PG would (which is probably not as well as we'd hope), and it would further the MG line to new heights (literally..).

For about 8 dollars before shipping, you can get a new kit. You'd wind up paying slightly less, and waiting, to order a parts replacement.

The Wing Zero and Zeta are pretty much the only PGs that are worth the price tag now that the MG line has come so far. Looking at the RX78 3.0 I don't see anything that would make droping the extra 50 bucks on the PG worth it.

Then again I'm still angry that theres almost no chance of getting MGs of any the non EW Gundams from Wing.

You say that like it would never happen! I mean we're on the eve of the MG Turn X..

/100 resin kit and nothing else since; you'll be dropping 180 bucks to complete the TV versions. It could be a lot worse; though X's main protags all had their MS make the 1/100 cut, resulting in this probably the best kit outcome for the mid-1990s AU series, G's 1/100s have absolutely no Bolt Gundam at all - not even a resin kit.

Again, not MG kits, but they are (excluding the Heavyarms) rather cheap and availible. It could be worse.. like being Bolt Gundam. Plus Wing is pretty decidedly the most popular of the three; don't count Wing out for anything. Maybe they'll even wind up in the RE/100 line at least, if the line concept proves as popular as it looks thus far. All three of the mid-90s AUs probably have a good shot of being included in it for any further releases; pre-00 1/100s are sorta shitty anyway, so they're all candidates I guess.
