    one of those laptop threads.

    Can someone find me a gewd laptop like a refurb one for under $500 on one of those newegg/tiger direct sites. It's all gobbdly gook language to me. I can't keep up with fucking what processors are what anymore... feel like a grandpa trying to figure this shit out. Looking for 15 or so inch screen. I'll try to think of something awesome to return the favor with.

    umm I will mainly be using it to run a DAW like Cubase with a ZOOM R16. And putz around in photoshops/premiere, but it doesn't need to be overwhelmingly crazy. My work laptop is balls and it would basically do what I need.

    We currently recording with this POS or something like it... and it does alright. I just don't want to have to go to my friends house to mixdown shit all the time.
