Man, I was wary of a flashback Ep being out of place and interrupting the main storyline, but man that was really well put together. Old Donna was just as boss.

I don't think we'll ever learn what they do with thumb tacks and a can opener

It's the same thing as the three seashells in Demolition Man; we'll never know.

Episode was great, them doing past + present at the same time worked out, and apparently Harvey was an ass before being junior partner

the two obvious ways are:
A) she was set up/framed for the document
B) Harvey gets promoted/put in charge/gains enough clout or favors to call in

All the charges were dropped, so I don't see how that will be that big of a deal. They fired her to cover their asses over the lawsuit and to show that they didn't bury the document.

The problem is her not wanting to come back (She really wants nothing to do with Harvey, especially after what Louis pulled while she was on the stand in front of all the partners), unless I'm misunderstanding something.

i love flashback episodes like this where they show the world you know on a much different tilt.

also, watching an old law and order episode with sarah rafferty in it. looks better now than she did 12 years ago even as a stripper in a cop costume.
