New PC, keeps randomly crashing

Just got a
Phenom II 1090T
BIOSTAR TA870U3+ Mobo
8 GB 240 pin DDR3 1600 RAM
500 GB HD
Radeon HD 5750
500w continuous, 600w peak PSU derp

PC randomly reboots, in event viewer theres no taskid assigned to any variable and theres no dump file. Any thoughts? Read up on it a bit, suggests may be drivers.

If so, I would try to run memtest on your ram to see if possibly a bad stick dragging it down.

Load temp, while playing ff11, cs:s and youtube, 41c. Idle 27c. Did mem test today, no errors/nothing notable. Not OC'd

I suppose that'd work if the PC has restarted itself before on the login screen or while booting up. The mobo doesn't have onboard video afaik, so that's about as extensive as the testing is going to get.

The graphics card isn't out of the box, I had it on an older machine and it was working fine for nearly 6+ months. The PC doesn't restart while booting, its usually while under some sort of load (if you can call youtube, cs:s or itunes load lol).

CPU usage never really peaks over 30%, memory usage never exceeds 36% , so, kind of at a loss.

GPU temps under load are about 60c
Core temps under load 40c

Kernel 41-63, windows has it saying its a BSOD, but it just will lose power, like I did a hard shutdown, then after 2 seconds or so reboot iself.

I'm assuming you use vista/7, you can disable the automatic shutdown (if you haven't already) to expose the bsod.

Start > type system in runish box > Click System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Startup and Recovery section > Settings > Uncheck auto restart button.

This should leave the actual error on your screen.

As far as the Kernel 41-63 being the error. I'd say its a driver conflict or a PSU problem. Have a PSU you can swap in and test? This is the easier of the two to debug. A quick search points audio drivers, check your device manager sound stuff for duplicates. People experiencing this issue had ATI High Definition Audio Device and High Definition Audio Device and disabled the High Definition Audio Device to cause the issue to stop. That's a long shot but the first thing I saw.
