So an email was sent from my hotmail account to everyone in my address book containing this link: http://nobbis-scripte-shop.de/images/photo.html(don't click this for obvious reasons). Thing is, I didn't send it. AVG found nothing, Avast found nothing, Spybot found nothing, and my google of the url turned up nothing that wasn't links to the site itself which I obviously don't want to follow.

Please help, tech wizards. What can I do short of reformatting?

It's possible that someone just spoofed your account, in which case there's nothing you can do except change your hotmail password. I'd still follow the steps in the sticky (combofix+malwarebytes in safe mode) to make sure you have nothing on your machine.

If it is being sent from your email account there is no reason to reformat, that would not even fix it.
If you still have access to the account, and it seems like you do, often times a simple password change can fix it. I'm not sure what the next step would be if that does not fix it, but contacting the email provider you use will probably point you in the right direction.
