Homophobic people are scared of gays eventually reaching the point where they have more rights/power/money than them, so they want to keep them in check.

Honestly, I think this is partially justified because LGBT associations have made it clear that they don't simply aim for equality but they want more.

Back on topic, if a gay kid REALLY wants to join boy scouts, said kid could always remind himself that people can control their instincts and pretend to be straight.

Question about light in general (maybe should go to lhc but w/e). Why does light from a star travel for millions of years, but light from my light bulb travels until I turn off my light switch? Likewise, lasers are focused light right? So why don't they do the same?
