Yup, it is officially the logo.
Military feel to it, but yeah, totally different than what I thought it'd be
Hideous logo is hideous.
Down Goes Brown: "So the new Jets logo is blue and white and has a maple leaf in the middle. Yeah, good luck winning anything with that."
The logo with the wings (shoulder logo? I'm assuming) is much better imo as a main one, and the spelled out name, I'm assuming will be a third jersey...equally as bland as the main logo.

Wouldn't be so bad if the jet wasn't two different colors, imho. That just makes it look very strange to me.
It kinda resembles a combination of Molson and Labatt logos...lol.
Yeah, im really disappointed in that logo.
Should have just used the old logo.
I may...the official shop is already selling them and will be open till 10pm tonight.
I'm still wearing my Habs jersey to the home opener though![]()
i think they just wanted to increase the black market prices for vintage jets jerseys
Eric Fehr is downtown at the shop signing bought merchandise for customers.
Too bad I'm working tonight. Would've at least bought a cap and got it signed. Oh well.
Should start calling them the Winnipeg Iron Eagles. Or as another twitter personality was calling them "Winnipeg MiGs"
I don't think the logo is that bad, although the "main" logo seems like it would be more suited for a patch on the shoulder or something. A lot will come down to how the jerseys are designed.
After looking at a few mock up jerseys at the HF boards...it's starting to grow on me. I've seen the caps and shirts today, which look good.
