You are correct. But I would even go one step further and claim that the US provoked Japan using sanctions. Which politicians today consider "act of war".
For those whose heads aren't entirely up their asses:
Pretty good depiction of how things evolved in this "civil war" we're "picking a winner in" that essentially amounts to dictator + army + mercs vs civilians + army members that wouldn't slaughter civilians.
This thread was about if it was legitimate/legal or not, though, not about if it was justified, I just figured since it got all Rhinoxed might as well attempt to put a little bit of sense into it.
It's adorable you think everything is black and white or good vs evil.
Got to be pretty much plow to be this naive. But alas just like you wouldn't find a sane person arguing with a piece of furniture similarly you won't find me seriously engaging with plow.
So you're going to attempt toby pretending you're just choosing not to acknowledge how retarded and wrong you are?
What's next, you going to tell us you were just trolling?
That might work since it's an argument you've failed horribly in before.
Just remember guys, killing innocent civilians that aren't even protesting, in their homes, especially women and children, is just too much of a gray area to come to any real conclusions.
Unless the attackers are Israeli in which case we should have been glassin em all along.
Oh no, I know, that's why all I've really done since he started posting is post the video and make fun of him.
I'd be pretty fucking plow to start an argument with plow.
There isn't a bigger bilary apologist then plow on these forums. In fact there isn't a bigger plow then plow in these forums.
If you think the War in the Pacific was 100% justified, then you need to dig a little deeper into the history behind the attack on Pearl Harbor. We did a lotta shit to egg on the Japanese in the years prior to piss them off.
And no I'm not saying that declaring war and taking revenge for the attack was wrong up to a point either. It should've ended with the raid on Tokyo and re-taking the Phillipines rather than two atomic bomb blasts after they had already surrendered.
holy shit plow wrecked Kuya in this thread. gj sir.
Oh excuse me.. They attempted to surrender and were refused because they didn't meet the very last condition (they wanted to keep their emperor in place) and missed the deadline imposed by the Allies for a response. Then after the first bomb they again tried to surrender (to the Russians who invaded China) but that wasn't good enough for Truman.
They're pretty terrible at surrendering.
