Help unistalling old Java console versions in Firefox 4

I'm having trouble getting rid of these. In past Firefox versions I remember there was a "uninstall" option in the Add ons menu but with Java in 4 there's not. I tried to find them in Add/Remove programs but they are not there. I've done a couple searches and found guides saying go into the registry, blah blah.. but I would rather not do that. Is there a easier way? (Windows XP btw)
