Strange camera panning issues in 3rd person games. (PC)

Recently my PC has decided to always constantly pan the camera to the left endlessly in any 3rd person game I try to play. 1st person shooters and all other games work fine, as well as everything outside of games, it's literally just 3rd person games. Figured it was the keyboard or mouse, but it does it even if I unplug both...

Anyone ever run into anything like this? >.>

Maybe it is a driver? That's a bit odd, that unplugging the peripherals wouldn't correct it or that it only happens in certain games.

Hmm. I'll try uninstalling the driver software for my mouse and just letting windows use it as PnP.... worth a shot at least.
