Yeah uh, don't let anyone fool you, it does hurt lol, no matter how staged it is.
My brother is in an indy fed with a friend, and they had me come up to it a few times to train with them. And "training" consists of falling right, like, jumping onto your back over and over, among other things. After learning a few stuff, it sorta pains me whenever I see someone botch(fuck up) a move in WWE or TNA, whatever. Shit like a simple fuck-up(like, dropping uneven on a suplex) could break your opponent's neck, or worse.
