i wouldnt worry too much about it. the bigger (or to some people, "fatter" but i hate using that term lol) you are, the more muscle you have. even if you never step foot in a gym (depends on your genetics. some more than others). your body needs muscle to support the weight you carry around, or else you'd be like those obese people you see in those automated wheelchairs with humungous calves and other body parts and size 2 feet (which sucks, i have some family members like that) or.. you'd diewhenever people ask me about fitness questions and weight loss, im quick to correct them and say "dont lose weight. lose fat instead" because you want to keep whatever muscle you have and move forward lol. i wish i did that in the beginning, because my excess skin and me have a love/hate relationship lol
so everyone who claims they're overweight in here have a chance to look like superstars if they did some kind of low intensity cardio, lifted some weights and ate right lol. i would say they have a better shot at it than the skinny ones ;; (sorry guys!)
