highly skeptical at all these body fat %s you guys are throwin around lol. Such a stupid thing anyways though, whats the point if theres never really an accurate way to measure it.
nice to see so many of you guys have been/still are dropping weight. post-FFXI life 4tw.
little tiny bit over 6'4" and 150.

That's actually not good. Males have a tendency to gain more fat around their heart/liver than women do, so if you "wear you weight well" that just means you might have more around those major organs, which isn't good <.< not saying that you do, but it is the tendency.
I'm 5'10 and 190 now :3 Dropped about 40lb over the past 18months or so.
I'm the shortest and lightest in my family now :3 They are all tall and phat.

No I am not anorexic
Yes I probably eat more than you do
I don't know why I don't gain weight. I don't look dangerously thin. I'm in good shape, too.
I would really like to be 160-170 with muscle, but my body says no.
If I can keep this frame my whole life (yeah right) I would be completely satisfied, though.
@Omniyoji - I was trying to make myself feel better.Plus I'm Asian with small boobs, so... my boob weight definitely isn't heavy at all.
Derailing but I would bet, no matter what you just said, you are not eating enough sir.
Read THIS if you want, might be helpful, along with many other good articules this guy has.

Just started going to the gym again regularly, up a pound or two. I really need to be eating more, but I work from home and work like a maniac. I end up skipping too many meals due to being in the middle of things.
Once I actually get properly hydrated all the time (drink too much caffeine and alcohol for the amount of water I drink), I'll probably gain a couple more pounds of water weight. Then it'll just be the ~4000/day diet I'll need to actually put any weight on with my metabolism. Kind of looking forward to it, kind of not.
Expect I'll top out 145-150ish before I end up having to move to a 5000+ calorie diet, at which point I'll call it good enough. I just don't have the time, energy, or budget for that much food.
