I'd say Cruz is a definite flex/3rd WR start, getting close to #2. He had a ton of targets the last couple games. Gmen running seems weak atm and they are falling behind/getting into high passing games. Some of his plays are fluky but he has some good quality catches as well and lots and lots of targets.

Got home from Caps/Bolts game to see I'm going 4-0 in fantasy, unless something crazy happens and the CHI D/ST scores a TD + gets a TO or couple sacks. Gould+Pettigrew beat out CHI D +11pts.
