Also very true..I'm stuck in that I have to paly him pretty much..either him, a hurt addai, or david nelson in my flex
Benching Hillis in two leagues this week, I got some decent options though. I'm sad with the numbers Hillis has put up this year and the back end of his season is mostly unfavorable sprinkled with a couple nice match ups.
Traded Rivers for Hillis.
Thanks to byes I'm starting JStew opposite of him atm...with DWill as my only other option.
JStew gonna make 1.3m this year. DWill 8.6m. The fuck man. The fuck.
I need a bye week TE..some thoughts on possibles... Ballard (v MIA), Cook (v IND), Chandler (v WAS), and Shiancoe (@CAR)...of those, ESPN has Shiancoe projected the highest with 51yds and a TD for 11 pts (yahoo has him at 3) and cook with 9 (yahoo with 5)... i picked up ballard, but thinking of takign a gamble with Shiancoe
their point projections are always stupidly high. let's just say they like to project shonn greene will get you 16-17 points a game every week.
Hernandez. McCluster has yet to do anything this year and that offense is atrocious, especially compared to NE.
wat, how is that a shitty spot
start hernandez and get an ez 10 points, gg. btw, mccluster has been useless all season (which most people know), but now that battle's basically the lead back, i think mccluster's not even worth rostering.
mostly cuz there's no telling what a pats te is going to do against the steelers, and dexter is just 5-6 points a week
It looks more like 1-3 points a week and I will take the better player on a MUCH better offense with the higher ceiling over consistent mediocrity.
Hernandez is averaging over 7 catches a game when he is active with 3 TDs in 4 games. It really isn't even close.
Dexter's gotten like 60 more total touches, and his scores have been 8, 7, 8, 5, 2, 5. If he'd ever score he'd be a very solid option.
If Hernandez doesn't score, or if they both score, dexter is the better option.
There's this guy named Polamalu...
This week, maybe Hernandez isn't the strongest case, but for the rest of the year? I'd take him over McCluster all day, every day. Honestly though.. the point about Battle is right. As much as they'd like to get McCluster involved.. they really just can't. Not to say he's not a good player.. the Chiefs offense, and O-Coordinator in general have just been really, really bad. I also think this spree where they're 3-3 now is just the biggest fluke of all flukes, and I could see them still going like 5-11 or 6-10.
So yeah. I'd still start Hernandez this week. Lol
