I almost got exactly what I wanted.

Was up by 2 in bgmoney with pats D, breaston, hernandez vs welker and mccluster
was down by 27 with welker + pats D to play

so to win both, I needed pats D to have a huge day and welker to have an ok game. unfortunately, welker's day was not ok enough
won that bgmoney game by something like 28 lol. and to think I was worried...

either's status will probably differ week to week so keep both and stay on top of it. I wouldn't be surprised to see kevin smith have back to back ass games coming up and ride the bench the rest of the year. Fucking lions RBs have killed me the last 2 years but I can't learn. For some reason I think that Harvin will have a really good game. AP is out and they have been using him as a running back. Also they finally realized that throwing to him is a good idea.

Harvin is who I have in there right now, the frustrating thing is he only plays 50-60% of plays for the Vikings but his stats have picked up nicely since Ponder became the QB...

Matt Leinart sucked on a team that had Fitz AND Boldin, I'd definitely take a "wait and see" approach if you have any sort of decent option on the bench.

dwill has lead the panthers in rushing the most games and leads them for the season in yards. His problem as a fantasy back this year is that Newton is scoring all the TDs. DWill has 1 on the year and him+stewart combined have 3. meanwhile cam has 9 rushing TD to go with his 12 passing

Ok? So does Chris Johnson for the Titans. Just because you are number one on the team, doesn't mean you're being productive.

DWill has had 1 good game this year at that was against NO back in Week 5 when he scored 17.5 pts on 115 yards and 1 touchdown. 69 of those yards came on one play. Prior to that game he scored 3.6 pts, 3.6 pts, 3.5 pts, and 8.2 pts. After Week 5 he scored 4.6 pts, 3.5 pts, 3.9 pts, 3.5 pts, and 10.5 pts. You going to sit here with a straight face and tell me DWill is a good fantasy play? He's on the Free Agents list in 4 of my leagues and probably rides pine in all others sans 20-man. You guys (Cail & Gad) sticking up for a Panthers RB sounds like M0W sticking up for any Dallas sports member. Get real.

Yes. Please get real. I haven't been advocating DWill all year. I said there were a lot of factors, particularly the OLine, which were hurting him. Guess what? The situation got even worse. But that involves real football talk, so I won't bother trying to explain it to you.

I haven't told anyone to start or take DWill over anyone until that Bennet question. I made the right call for a week in which he had a chance to be more productive than a mediocre WR. That's it.

honestly, if d-will is one of your favorite players and on your favorite team, go ahead and start him. nobody's gonna care. you're allowed to draft and start whomever you want.

i remember a month ago i started tebow over stafford cause A. i was facing a guy with only 4 players so the game was won before it even started, B. i didn't want to root against my team, and C. the troll factor would make the game a lot more fun to watch (and that's not even to mention all the actual valid reasons i could have listed). but at the time, silentroy started spouting off like he had a dildo up his ass when i mentioned it. well guess what, if you own a team you get to pick who starts. it's not really anyone's fuckin business who starts who, is it?

that said, if you're gonna start a player who's been supremely unproductive for 90% of his games, don't you think it's pretty silly to come out of the woodwork the one time (in several weeks) he actually posts something decent? there's a reason i can go pick him up right at this minute if i wanted to in half my leagues. anyway, start whomever you like. but at least realize how petulant it is to pump a bad player up after one good game.
