So by some miracle, my team of misfits won it's fantasy football league. Roster of Brees, Turner, Beanie Wells, McGahee, Wallace, Antonio Brown/Laurent Robinson, GAtes/Gonzalez, and a revolving door of Kickers and Team D's. Probably didn't hurt that my opponent for the finals had Forte, DeSean Jackson, Eagles D, and Dustin Keller all simultaneously shit the bed for me. Longwell, Gerhart, Mendenhall and Brady made up for 90% of his points.
3rd highest score of the week, one of the highest in our league for the year (128) and lose to the 2nd highest of the week by 3....miss playoffs, draft is fucked next year (traded most of my picks for players fml................
oh my fucking god I can't believe you beat me aki lol
DAMN YOU MJP
Scored 209 points this week, everything regular points with 5 points for 100+ receiving and rushing awarded as bonus. I wasn't even the highest scorer....
team of 2 or 3 misfits
Well, prior to the season, you can argue that Wells, McGahee, Brown, and Robinson were all "misfits" going in. But yea, Melena had a top 3 QB, a top 5 RB, a top 5 WR, and two top 5 TEs. Can't really call that a team of misfits.
mathews on his td run and tolbert
"If I'd have gotten caught, the vulture would have come in and put it in. So I tried to finish it off," Mathews said.
lol.
From the "good problem to have" department:
Pick two:
LeSean McCoy @ Miami
Arian Foster @ Cincinnati
Marshawn Lynch vs. St. Louis
Reggie Bush vs. Philadelphia
I'm thinking Lynch and Foster, but it just seems wrong to be benching the #1 RB.
It's too bad this league doesn't have a RB/WR flex instead of a WR/TE flex.
i'm like the #1 person person ever to say don't play matchup game with your stars
but....
benching lynch vs the rams would be a crime.
mccoy and lynch
would play lynch and foster MIA DEF been playing lights out. retarded as it sounds i bet Bush has a better game than McCoy
making the playoffs in 3 of 4 leagues, .feelsgood.jpg
Foster.
The last 4 weeks Cincinnati's run D has been giving up crazy YPC. Shit, I'm tempted to start Ben Tate over Benson
