Fantasy Football 2011: Jumping the Gun

3rd in 20 man - 1,2 and 3 knocked out first round - would be 1v3 finals otherwise regardless of other outcomes - not bitter or anything

Just missed playoffs in 2QB - even if Brees went projected I would still be down 10 points and I would choose to blame McCluster and Jacoby Jones instead of Dalton.

Barely took #1 seed in my money league last week. First round I beat a weak #4 by over 30% while starting Eli Manning and would have lost to either of the other playoff teams.

Lost in the 2nd round of my office league, playing to get my money back this week.

Just plain didn't make it in BG Auction - I see a game against Plow that could have gone either way and I had the highest score of anyone this week. woe is me.

Looking back at old fantasy teams is the best. I have been in the same league in Yahoo(which shows a league history) since 2004, the leading scorers on that team were Brian Griese, Domanick Davis, and Kevan Barlow lol

I had a ballin ass team that came in 2nd out of 14 people in 06. Marques Colston rookie year(he had WR and TE eligibility that year but I had Winslow who bossed), Mike Furrey and his 98 catches, Travis Henry and Ahman Green who both had 1200 yards, Frank Gore who had 2k total yards

I was going to say, if someone drafted Edgerrin James first as a Seahawk....

It's interesting to see that of the 8 RB's on the list from 5 years ago, only one is still productive. But one QB is still a star, and the other one might very well be a star again next year.
