No, I don't think they'd be a 3-4 win team with any of those QBs, but that's all a bunch of hypothetical bullshit. We're talking here and now, where they are. Peyton Manning is valuable to the Colts right now. And if the situations were switched, I'm pretty certain Manning would have won a couple of those Super Bowls that Brady did if he had the defense the Patriots put out there for those games, you know. You can do the argument both ways, but I wasn't trying to make the argument with hypothetical shit. I was trying to make an argument for something that could actually happen; Manning being out for an extended period of time with the team sucking dick.

rodgers is playing the best of any qb in the nfl right now (though wtf is right now), but manning's history and watching him for so many years tell me he is the best ever at the position. peyton manning not only completely changed the position, but he was also the best at it. guy is strong and cerebral. I want him to win another ring before he goes

So I guess I got a bit mixed up or whatever, but yeah I was arguing against him being the best ever heh. I mean, the MVP thing I don't necessarily agree with either (hi2uRodgers), but I get pretty annoyed with the talk of Manning as best ever.

I mean, he completely changed the position? How's that? By doing the exact same thing Brady was doing at the exact same time, i.e. running the offense himself?

Further, to change the position generally means your way becomes "the way." Nobody else's qb is playing QB+ocoord+offensive GM lol, cept maybe Brady.

I would have grabbed Frank Gore or Forte over Hillis, Rec, and Vick over Brees? More importantly, MCFADDEN OVER ALL THOSE OTHER BACKS? 4pt per pass td? and all the tier-1 QBs gone by round two? Interesting...
