Question for BGE/BGP/IDP'ers

The format we've consistently used since the inception (BRRRRRT) of all the leagues has scoring that I've enjoyed, but is non-conventional:

30 passyards = 1pt
12.5 rush yards = 1pt
17.5 rec yards = 1pt

PPR (.5), points per pass completion/rush attempt, and i think bonuses for 100/150/200

The question is, should it be changed to standard 10rush/10rec/25pass? I'm adamant about PPR/completion/rush attempt, but the other scoring is up for debate.

with standard scoring i do .1 every rush/rec yard and .2 every 5passing in a league that i run

it ends up being standard scoring with 10 yards for 1 point and 25 for 1 point passing but with decimals every yard gets calculated. 15 yards would be 1.5 points instead of just 1 normally

edit: it makes watching the games a bit more exciting since instead of saying i need 10 yards from 1 player for 1 point to win, its more like i need 10 yards total from any of my players

Need some trade advice.

League info: 10 Teams, High Scoring (6 points for every TD, 1PPR, 1-200yd, 300+yd bonuses, etc) 2QB, 2RB, 2WR, 2RB/WR, TE, D, K, 6Be

Trade: I get Brady, White and Lynch for Cassel, Cutler, Turner.

I like the trade as it gives me an elite QB instead of 3 decent ones and I can pick up a crappy backup in FA(Rex, Beck, Whitehurst, Jackson, Palmer, Alex Smith). I don't care much for Turner and I like Lynch if that line learns how to block. I also really like Hightower and Ochocinco and Woodhead is pretty good in PPR so I think I'm solid enough at RB/WR to give up Turner. The trade gives him a RB which he needs and 2 QBs who can start.

What do you guys think?

I'd pull the trigger on that trade in your shoes. Whites a beast in PPR leagues, Brady is Brady and it seems you have the potential in RB where you could stand to lose Turner.

yea, i'd definitely do that trade. basically, 2 2nd rounders for 2 backup QBs and a 2nd rounder. Not to mention Brady/White are elite @ their position.
