Vick tied one of my games up with that last pass, his last guy is Vick, I have nobody left.. Hoping he doesn't come back to beat me, was hoping for that INT a few mins ago.

so glad i had britt, mcfadden, miles austin, and jahvid best. i kinda wish i had cam newton starting but i had packers def and didnt wanna go against myself.
So DWilly is my RB1. Should I be panicking yet?
Owner of the year, all years.
Spoiler: show
No. Valisk doesn't know a g'damn thing about CAR.
Wait till Otah is back. It's week 2 ffs.
Edit: i.e. "If history is an indicator," then you would hold on to a RB that's been a FF stud previously before dumping him to waivers after 2 weeks. The OL had a couple of set backs that will be fixed by next weekend...when they play JAX.
Leroy, do you pay attention to any of the injury reports prior to kickoff? Even if they are Questionable, why risk it? Especially since they will be limited even if they do play. The exception today was Calvin Johnson. But you don't have Calvin Johnson. So step your fantasy game up!
thanks for the tie! hopefully some auto-corrected stat in my favor ftw.
Calvin was listed as probable and active before the game. I have Lloyd too and I put him in the flex last night and sat him when I saw he was inactive, could have easily put in maclin for him. Fail owner is fail owner.
It's fantasy football. That's different from RL football because you can mix and match players from other teams. Don't forget that. There are better options out there than D.Will. He and Carolina's running game are trash. Also notice that I said IF history is any indicator. As a calculated risk, I wouldn't want him on my roster. Sometimes they pan out, sometimes they don't. I'll pass.
Yes, it is. This is called a knee-jerk reaction. 2 weeks in and you're ignoring all other factors. Best to inform him of wtf is actually going on with the team so he can make a decision based on facts rather than a blanket statement.
You don't know what the depth is in his league, who's on waviers, who he has right now on his bench, etc.
Edit: And I'm willing to bet he has little to no depth if DWill is his #1. Odds are there's someone taking up space on the bench he could drop for a wavier pick up that has less upside.
Playing too many leagues, I guess, left Brandon Lloyd in on one of my teams. =/
There was a good chance that there would be a healthy dose of Arian Foster this week. I figured I would wait until kickoff to change dez/maclin, and didn't realize the extent of Lloyd's injury; he practiced and there wa a good chance he'd play, though my 5th option did jack all. I was out longer than i expected for lunch (from 12 to 4...) so I didn't get a chance to change line up because phone died.
Derped so hard I herped.
My team went stupid this week. 139 with 80 points on the bench. Still have Carnell Williams to go tomorrow too starting. Woo!
Spoiler: show
sup
gonna lose by about 20
edit: also that's the league where I dropped mcgahee to pick up gresham
Nah, it's not a knee jerk reaction (for me as the one offering advice) because I had him all of last year and he failed to produce then as well. This year is looking awfully familiar to last. He might have a decent game here and there, but he's not worth a roster spot in my opinion. He's comfortably sitting on waivers and I have no intention to "knee jerk" and get him back if he has one good game. Chances are, that will be 1 of 3 he'll have all season. And 3 games isn't going to cut it.
The guy asked if he should be panicking. And I answered:
If you have a problem with what I said, then blow it out your ass.
Gadritan = Cardiac Cats in bg money?
