Custom build - Windows install error/BOOTMGR is missing

I built a computer two days ago:

    CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-727-_-Product

    Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138318

    ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146740

    gpu - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102948

    hdd - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185

    psu - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817207013

I installed all the parts, booted up the computer and tried to install windows off a burned DVD. I downloaded the .iso from MSDN Cal Poly's site using the downloader. The installation starts but when it gets to unpacking the windows files, it fails at 13-14% and gives me a "missing files" error.

    I've have checked so far:

    1. Removing 1 stick of my 2x2gb ram(and removing other one after that failed)

    2. running memtest to check for faulty memory and nothing

    3. used usb stick to boot the install but then i get a "Missing CD/DVD device driver" error before windows installation starts.

    4. burning another copy using x2 write speed

    5. downloading a torrented version of the Win7 Pro .iso

    6. reseating all sata/power cables

Could it be a hardware issue or something else? I'm considering buying an actual windows dvd and using that but I'm not sure if that will even work. I have formatted the harddrive between a few of the installations, but not every one. The computer runs fine, except when trying to install windows. What am I missing?

Is the Md5 etc correct for the iso? If it is have you tried reburning the disc.

    Microsoft Windows 7 32 Bits
    MD5: D0B8B407E8A3D4B75EE9C10147266B89
    SHA-1: 5395DC4B38F7BDB1E005FF414DEEDFDB16DBF610

    Microsoft Windows 7 64 Bits
    MD5: F43D22E4FB07BF617D573ACD8785C028
    SHA-1: 326327CC2FF9F05379F5058C41BE6BC5E004BAA7
EDIT:: Actually that might be just for this .iso, they do have a list of them here though

I'm not sure then if it isn't a problem with the .iso/burn process as it doesn't sound like hardware error, unless it's the HDD (or maybe MB?).

I tried looking and can't find anything about lack of drivers when installing from USB, what method did you use to make the bootable USB? There is a guide here if needed.

    I followed this guide: http://www.intowindows.com/bootable-usb/

Going to re-try and use the tool from microsoft. I'm using a first generation 4gb ipod nano in disc mode and formatted to NTFS, would there be any compatibility issues with that?

edit: after using the microsoft usb boot program, install completed. Thanks Jojimbo.
