ddoes anyone wear real pants around their house though? like jeans or slacks or anything you could legitimately go out in?

If by go out you mean go out of the house to shop groceries or something then yes, occassionally I wear wide jeans, or a skirt in summer. More of an exception than a rule though.

On topic, I don't wear shirts like that. I own a couple which I sometimes use to sleep in if I'm freezing or have people at my place.
