[Possible Workaround] How To Invite Friends to Google+ Without The Invite Button

Jun 30th, 2011 | By Ridz | Category: Tech & Web Ok so Google’s taken down the Google+ invite system due to high demand but I think I might have stumbled on a way to still get your friends into the party.
Here’s how you do it:-

1. Go to the Circles section and click “Find and Invite”

2. Add in your friend’s email into the search box. ( The one that says, “Find people” )
3. Add your friend and choose a circle to put him/her into a circle.
4. Once you’ve added him/her in, go to the “Home” tab and create a status update that is limited only to that friend.

5. He will receive an email notifying him of that status update. From that email he should also be able to sign up for a Google+ account.

It worked for most of my friends and readers. Try it out and let me know if it works!

im at the SF office now and for some reason i can only see the top bar of g+, anyone else not able to actually access content or am i being somehow blocked? fb and every other site works with no issues

I tried the "share a video" thing with my girlfriend - she got the "invite" but when she tried to use it it said she's on a waitlist.

Thanks for the invite, but I think Google closed that loophole.

When I clicked Join Google+, it just took me to the main page saying Google+ is in limited Field Trial, with a button that would only add me to the invite queue.

Didn't get mad bud. But if I want to see random images, I go to the RIT or 4chan. Or with the functionality of Google+, I create a circle for people who do that on a social network site. It's simple logic.
