It's google, nuff said I think.

They have some good ideas and I'm sure FB will follow suit so they can be competitive but right now there really is no good alternative to FB(lolmyspace ect) so people having the option will help it I think.

I was looking at the terms of service (lulz, I know) and one of the points was that repeated copyright infringement will result in Google account termination. Considering the story of the kid who lost his Google account for being too young, this part has me concerned since so much of my stuff is connected to my Google account.

The real thing to ask is can they really tell? Unless they just missed it I have 100~150Gig of music on my PC lol Never been sent a letter, email, text or anything. Maybe when its out of beta they will find ways to tell?

Next it says repeated use, thats means odds are you will get a warning. At this point just turn off streaming if its freaks you out.

Then again I have everything backed up apps, contacts, notes so I could care less if they closed one account, I can just form a new one and link everything back.

Omg. Thanks so much. I've been trying to get an account for weeks and it's been closed all the time. I decided to come and ask for an invite and BG and within seconds I find a link that actually lets me create an account. #clutch
