Canceling FFXI without JP pol

As the title says I am attempting to cancel my FFXI after about a year of paying for it and not actually playing. I seemed to have lost my JP POL and it won't let me do it on NA POL, keeps saying my password is wrong. Can you cancel FFXI via website or is there a download link to the JP POL on the JP website (know there's the NA POL for windows 7 link on the NA site D: )?

You have to use JP POL to cancel.

Digging this up cause I tried to do it myself, but alas I don't know as much JP as I used to. Does anyone have/know of a guide to cancel your account?

Assuming you've already paid for August, you could just let it expire in September when it will do it automatically if you don't go through with the transfer.

Yeah, all POL-based billing ends this month, last month if you used WebMoney. If you don't transfer to a SquareEnix ID, the account automatically deactivates. If you do transfer, it's as simple as not adding anymore Crysta to the account.

How'd you manage to not have to deal with the JP billing menus in the past few years? At the end of 2008, they started declining non-JP cards, forcing most of us to switch to WebMoney, where we had to manage the account every 1-3 months. Accounts deactivate if you stop putting WebMoney on them, meaning cancelling is as simple as simply stopping payment.

I don't know, I seemed to dodge a lot of stuff over the past years. Still had the same CC on it from back in 2001 and never had to update it ever. Anyways logged on the other day and got LM-26 which I assume is your account is cancelled, correct?
