    I'm pretty sure no matter when you reactivate, you pay for that month. I could be wrong, but I had it happen to me a year ago.
    I reactivated on, like, one of the last two days of the month.
    Got charged the full month.
    Though, I was fairly lucky, went to online chat with SE and they actually refunded me because they felt guilty I suppose. [I was surprised.]

    I must have misunderstood the way the system works then, no biggie. Not as upset as initially. Still gonna wait til as close to the end of the month though before I transfer over from pol to se for billing.

    That's true, but you talked about being charged on the July 11th which is pretty much impossible with how the old system worked and confused me.

    You realize the irony here right? For the past 2 months you've been double charged and obviously very displeased with the billing service. You now have the mandatory option of changing to a new billing handler and you won't do it until the last possible moment.

    I'm sure C&B are scamming ass mother fuckers, but got mine right this month.

    As explained, I didn't actually get double charged, I misunderstood how they billed and thought they double charged me this month. I wasn't double charged last month, I bought an expansion and paid for what I thought was July, when in fact it was June. This month was current, and then July. Just a misunderstanding on my part that others pointed out, and I said from the get go, I may have it wrong all along.

    This has been going on for years, how are they always fucking double billing? No one has solved this issue at their shitty ass company yet. What a Customer Service nightmare.

    Why do you think they're forcing the transfer so they can move off of their shitty billing process to another shitty billing process?

    As for me, still can't get a hold of anyone via their online chat support. Fucking fantastic. What other flaming hoops do I need to jump now?

    I got double billed for the account that was mistakenly cancelled last month. I went back over my statement and definitely did not get a refund for the July billing like some other people are saying they did. I also had my mule account cancelled because I had transferred it over to the new system and found that I am unable to use any of the new billing options... My other 2 accounts will be cancelled at the end of the month as well unless they add more payment options soon...

    Never been double billed before, still no double bill here. Never had an issue with the old system.

    I got a .39 cent charge from click and buy 2 days after my 12.95 to run one of my accounts (only switched one account over).

    Well I was charged and it was double. * So I'm going to see later if they'll reverse it, since I definitely didn't reactivate my second account in June like Selamis.

    Irritation level: high.

    I had tried to set up a Click & Buy account back last autumn and I think Noscript messed with it so it got locked out. A close friend of mine tried to set his up but because there was a cookie or something, it flag his attempt on my pc to setup an account as a possible duplicate. Because FFXIV went free to play, I never bothered reactivating my Click & Buy and just bought Crysta. Thankfully I can use that for now. However when my friend called Click & Buy they asked him to email them scanned copies of either his driving license or passport, a utility bill and a credit card statement. I'm assuming, should I call them, they're going to ask me to do the same.

    I have no idea who Click & Buy are, they're not a household name over here and I don't like the idea of sending scanned documents via email and more to the point, neither does my friend.

    Why the fuck did they not use Paypal? I've never once had a problem with SE and billing and now I've got to login each month and manually sort out crysta? Irritating in the extreme.

    Bleh, on vacation right now and I check my account to find that SE charged me $27.90. This shit is really starting to get annoying, as it's the second month in a row they have overcharged me. They should give us a free month or something for screwing up so badly like this, even if they will refund us, two months in a row of overcharging their customers is just ridiculous.

    Sorta having the same issues, went on vacation for about a week. Come back to no content Ids, and when I go to reactivate them it leads to the unsubscribe from playonline, and when I go to transfer over to whatever this new thing is on the SE account site it says it cant transfer...

    They apparently aren't "friends" with Mastercard users, so I get stuck taking the bill.

    I'm not Jewish, but I'll be damned if I'll pass up a fight for 10 cents for the shit SE put me/us through.

    Especially after they called 3 abyssea addons a "expansion" together. More like a Home/Game wrecker!
