Not entirely, no. It goes by flight paths/zones, not by exact intervals. Even though it been 5 levels two times so far, it would be unwise of them to release a 37 cap CBT with the new gear, attainable at 35, being level 38. Either unwise, or simply hateful. KOBT/JOBT ended at 38, so expect the same for us. The 5th and final CBT could simply be the implementation of BGs and such.

I would hate to see what the OBT cap would be based off of your assumption. Especially knowing there's no wipe after OBT.

Question is about the GvG on a pve server.. will there be battlegrounds too? Would be nice to have something to do once you hit the level cap, to have something besides grind instances and farming (for those that want to do pve servers)

Is there open-world PvP in TERA?
There are world PvP servers in TERA; these PvP servers will also include battlegrounds that provide specific PvP rewards. There are also PvE servers that provide consensual PvP content, such as battlegrounds and duels.

Well overall I won't mind a pve server if it has bg's, if no bg I know I won't be interested, as once you hit Lv 60 or whatever the cap is, you won't have much to do ...
Its one the things besides instances/farming for a pass time in warcraft!

hmm well if the tera faq says so, guess its good then, something to work towards besides lvling alts!

That's missing Golden Lab at 48. Other than that, it's accurate. March 7th brings you 2 level 60 dungeons though, and from what I know, modified Black Tower and Kelsa's Nest.
