Can always play the Korean retail.
It seems actual OB will start next week and today, 27th July, you can download the client (same one used for CB).

If anyone else is in the same boat, thinking the same thing.....check it out. If you got the $, totallyyy worth it http://store.razerzone.com/store/raz...oryId.35208800
Razer Naga is an absolute requirement for any mmorpg gamer, the difference it makes is like night and day and it's super easy to hit all 12 of the side buttons with absolute precision.
I really hope Enmasse doesn't make us folks here in the USA wait all the way until Christmas for Tera but it's looking to be highly likely at this point which really sucks. I don't play any other mmorpg atm because i don't like any of them so i'm just sitting here waiting for the games that i want to play to be released.
can you make a darker / tanned skinned high elf? Or are they restricted to different pallette's of pale?
Pallet's different for every race. There's about 30-40 shades according to race.
Here's a pic I took from DOTB PTR, so these are the most up to date shades.

There's darker, but it isn't RGB.
So, what's the deal with the Homunculus, in Tera. I've seen them in videos and read the info on some sites about how they are basically a personal shop, but nobody explains how they are different than the AH. They remind me of FFXIV retainers, which most of us know was major fail, but maybe more so as they have a life span, and will go to oblivion along with any items on them, when they run out of durability.
Unless they allow you to do something much different than the AH, why are there so many of them around in some cities? Are you limited to AH spaces, and this is the work around?
It's a retainer without the restriction of having to be placed in one single place. You can place them down in any town/city. There's also 10 slot, 7 days of logged in time AHs.
Shops can be placed in cities where AHs might not be available, and mostly used to purchase items, and avoid taxes when selling items.
Any suggestions for Sorcerer glyphs?
Stupid region lock on jp ob![]()
Do they really die, and take your items, if their durability goes to zero? Supposedly it's based on your skill, but how long do they last and is there a way to know it's status without manually looking at it? It seems rather risky to put stuff up if this is how the system is.
As far as I know when their durability reaches zero, they just depop and you need to replenish them through the menu and will have to resummon them. I've never let mine actually reach zero because when their health starts to get really low you get a really annoying red message and sound in your log about once every minute that doesn't stop until you recover their health.
When you have a retainer out whether it's summoned or not, it's health will appear below yours and above other members in your group along with it's current health bar, and items it has sold(if any).

With Sorcerer glyphs...nothing too great for lower level. Go with glyphing blink which is 25% chance for 0 timer cd. Other than that, there's one or two good ones for Hellfire, a good one for sleep, but the most you'll be putting points on is the shield skill you get at 40.
Can't remember exactly what I have atm, can look after maintenance and see if I have anything good for lower levels.
The only site I use for Tera information, Inven. Linked to Sorcerer skills/glyphs translated.
