Already noticed the downsides to logging in with a proxy. People who fail passwords will inevitably lock everyone out.

I read the Jpn site, and realized that only the CB testers could make their characters now.

Then 10,000 randomly OB players and the people who bought the CE of Tera will be able to make their charters on July 31.
July 31 (Sun) 15:00 - August 6 (Sat) 23:59

Then anyone who has made a Hangame account can make their characters on Aug.2.
August 02 (Tue), 15:00 - August 6 (Sat) 23:59

JPN OB opens up at 8.8.8, so it would be 8 am Jpn time. So it would make it 4pm pst Aug. 7 or 7pm est Aug. 7.

I can't copy/paste it into Google Translate so if anyone knows what it means, it would be great to find out.

Well I'm still downloading the client, but my friend said no proxy is working for him atm, either people are spamming them and they get blocked from wrong passwords or he just gets some different error. Anyhow, no luck getting it run atm.

That happens with every proxy I could find while using the game launcher on the website. If you use the desktop shortcut you get the too many failed passwords error. Think we are SOL.

read the guide again. you don't launch from the website.

Would you mind helping me translate this? I was able to log in finally using the launcher, then i turn off proxy and try to start the game but I get that error. Am I supposed to use something else to start the character creator?

From what my friend told me it turned out you're not supposed to turn off the proxy before starting the game.

I got all downloaded and patched. I was on the website and logged in but when I pressed play it said you're not Japanese gtfo. Now am I logged out and any proxy I try that goes as far as to load the webpage won't let me log in. The page refreshes and I remain logged out. Is this what happens normally when they ban the proxy IP or is something else wrong?

In regards to the launcher saying too many failed attempts at logging in, the way around it is the DL the japanese language pack and install it. Then change the display language to japanese and log into the website and start the game from there (without the language pack the website says you can't start it cause of your IP). Dunno if it's been posted yet but it worked for me, made myself a amani lancer

I'm going to stream as soon as the beta opens, right now its just char creation though, and I already went through most options (for females at least lawl). Can check my stream archive if you want.

And server we went with was seren/sereso セレン/セレソ (cant remember what the last syllable was but it was the only one that looked like that)
