TERA has come a long way since its launch last January, and as part of the continuous updates provided by the Bluehole development studio, we are able today to talk about some of the features that are going to be implemented in the Korean version in the upcoming weeks.
In September, new zones will be available on the Southern Shara continent for everyone to enjoy, and a new dungeon located near the Mount Tyrannas will open its doors. This dungeon is meant to be a “stepping stone” between the existing “normal” and “hard” mode difficulty. Players will be able to enjoy thrilling battles against powerful bosses and be rewarded with wonderful pieces of equipment and enchantment materials if they can manage to defeat them.
Additionally, the experience curve will be adjusted, and you will get additional experience points from various methods, such as gathering materials, quest rewards and “resting” when disconnecting for a few hours.
Following up in October, new “Masterwork Glyphs” will be added for even more customization possibilities, and a new type of dungeon will be added. More information on those features will be revealed very soon!
For the PvP addicts, we are pleased to announce that the Guild versus Guild system will be introduced, so be sure to gather your friends in order to be on the victorious side! Moreover, the PK system will be entirely reworked in order to be more thrilling for the players.
Several improvements will be made on the user interface, such as quest monsters distribution check, preview function on armors, and various graphical adjustments. The class balance will also be adjusted in order to balance the powers between the members of one party.
Finally, a party matching system between servers will be implemented: if you want to group up for a dungeon with friends on another server, this will be possible! No more waiting time to find your last Priest or Lancer!
We hope you will enjoy those content additions and fixes to enhance your game experience!
